What happens to my Special Order, if it has not been received by the time the store closes? 

        Any special orders not received prior to the store closing, will be taken care of through the Scottsdale store.  We will have days available when our truck will return to this location to facilitate pickups.  The frequency of those pickups will be determined, once we close and have a better idea of how many special orders remain.  

 

What if I have merchandise on layaway? 

        Layaway customers will be informed of the Store Closing.  Any merchandise not picked up prior to the store closing will be transferred and made available in the Scottsdale store.

 

When is the store Closing?  

        Currently, our last day open will be Sunday, February 17th.

 

Can customers still order items or put things on layaway? 

        Yes, all normal policies remain in effect.  The orders will just transfer to the Scottsdale store after February 17th.

 

Why is the store moving? 

        Our lease has expired, and an option to renew was not made available.  We do have some locations around the valley currently under review, but our focus over the next few weeks will be closing this location, and taking care of our customers.  After the store is closed we will continue to actively pursue the next location.

 

The store is closing, where are all the great deals? 

        Since we are planning to reopen soon, the only things that are being discounted are Floor models and other overstock items.  See the Sale Flyer available for details.
